NPR Wins $80 Million Settlement from MoneyGram

In one of the largest subprime-related securities lawsuits settlements to date, MoneyGram International, Inc. has agreed to settle the securities fraud class action case for $80 million, $20 million of which will be paid directly by the Company.

NPR is Lead Counsel for its client, the Oklahoma Teachers' Retirement System, and the Class.  Related to the settlement, three of MoneyGram's board members, who served during the relevant Class Period, will not seek re-election and will be replaced by new independent directors.
